Welcome to LIFT Women's Mentoring. By using this website, submitting an application, participating in mentoring relationships, attending events, or engaging with our ministry in any way, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms.

Nature of the Ministry

LIFT Women's Mentoring is a faith-based mentorship ministry designed to connect women for encouragement, discipleship, friendship, spiritual growth, and life guidance from a biblical perspective.

LIFT Women's Mentoring is not a counseling practice, medical organization, legal service, financial advisory service, social work agency, or licensed professional service provider.

Our mentors are volunteers who share their personal experiences, biblical encouragement, and practical wisdom. Mentors are not acting as licensed counselors, therapists, psychologists, physicians, attorneys, financial advisors, social workers, or other professionals unless explicitly stated and serving in that separate professional capacity outside of LIFT.

No Professional Advice

Any information, conversations, recommendations, opinions, resources, or guidance shared through LIFT Women's Mentoring are provided solely for educational, spiritual, and relational purposes.

Participants should seek qualified professional assistance for medical, mental health, legal, financial, marital, or other professional concerns.

Participation in LIFT should never be considered a substitute for professional counseling, therapy, medical treatment, crisis intervention, or professional advice.

Voluntary Participation

Participation in mentoring relationships is entirely voluntary.

Participants are responsible for their own decisions, actions, and outcomes resulting from any mentoring conversations or interactions.

Each participant acknowledges that she remains solely responsible for evaluating and applying any advice, recommendations, or perspectives shared during mentoring.

Assumption of Risk

By participating in LIFT Women's Mentoring, participants acknowledge that personal conversations may involve discussion of emotional, spiritual, relational, or life challenges.

Participants voluntarily assume any risks associated with participation and understand that outcomes cannot be guaranteed.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LIFT Women's Mentoring, its board members, leaders, volunteers, mentors, churches, partners, representatives, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from:

  • Participation in mentoring relationships

  • Reliance upon information or advice shared

  • Personal decisions made by participants

  • Interpersonal conflicts between participants

  • Emotional distress

  • Financial loss

  • Personal injury

  • Any other damages arising from participation in the ministry

Participation is undertaken at the participant's own discretion and risk.

Right to Refuse or End Participation

LIFT Women's Mentoring reserves the right to deny, suspend, remove, or discontinue participation for any individual at any time if leadership believes doing so is in the best interest of participants, volunteers, or the ministry.
